By accessing and using the infrastructure, services, and software provided by Erdem Castle (including but not limited to erdemcastle.com and its subdomains), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. The Site and its original content, features, functionalities, and proprietary software—including Exvo Converter, DLL Error Fixer, Antivirus Control, and WO License System—are owned by Erdem Castle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
As a user of the Erdem Castle infrastructure, you agree to use our systems responsibly. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Site and its connected servers.
Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or deploying automated scrapers/bots against this domain without explicit written consent from the administrators will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.

Because our tools often interact directly with operating system environments and security protocols (e.g., Antivirus Control, DLL modifications), you acknowledge that you are using them at your own sole risk.
Erdem Castle makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the software, the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Erdem Castle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, hardware failure, operating system corruption, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
